Blue Agave
 

The blue agave is a plant of the family of the agaváceas, and of the Blue Agave Tequilana Weber it only is of where the Tequila can be elaborated.

This plant need to maturing around 10 years, this is so that it can be used and to produce tequila.

In Blue Tequila Eugenesis, we used the Blue Agave Tequilana Weber and took care of until the smallest detail of our production, for that reason we put a strict quality control in the cultivation of our blue agave.

Of this plant, the unique usable part for the elaboration of the Tequila is the head or pineapple, of which the sugar is extracted that will be used for the production of the Tequila. We only used this sugar for elaboration of our Tequila, thus is considered 100% of agave.

This plant comes from the region of Tequila in the Jalisco State, due to kindness of this plant, can be produced in almost any part of the planet, but 181 municipalities of 5 states of the Mexican republic only can use the agave Tequilana Weber to produce Tequila.
